COURSE COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS

​

Students will be awarded a Certificate of Completion upon fulfilling all program requirements. These

requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

Students meet all attendance requirements and adhere to policies on make-up sessions.

A minimum grade average of 70% has been maintained.

​

All clinical and field internship requirements have been met.

• Students demonstrate "COMPETENCY" (pass) all Required Patient Types and Mandated Skills

articulated in the "Student Minimum Competency (SMC) Matrix (Appendix NB. "Table 4 Skill Competencies" must be demonstrated in Labs PRIOR to any Clinic and

Field Internship activities.

• NB. "Table 3 Scenario Based Competencies" must be demonstrated as a Team Member in at

At least 10 evolutions as well as Team Leader in 10 evolutions as articulated in SMC PRIOR to

CAPSTONE Experience.

o Paramedic Entry Level Competency must be demonstrated to the satisfaction of at least 3

individual Preceptors to successfully complete the program.

• Demonstrate competencies in all necessary psychomotor skills, affective domain, patient

age groups, pathologies, patient complaints, and team leader skills required for clinical competence

as an entry-level paramedic.

• All Students must hold the following Provider Level (or Instructor) Certifications to successfully

complete our Program:
